The Covenantcracy is established as a constitutional, moral, legal and covenantal order designed to protect people, land, value, community, stewardship and future. It is not built for domination, but for protection, lawful governance, productive dignity, justice and continuity.
This order affirms that life, liberty, property, conscience, family, labor, lawful exchange and stewardship do not arise from arbitrary power, but belong to the dignity and calling of mankind under the Creator.
The Covenantcracy therefore establishes a framework for rights, governance, justice, treasury, digital value structures, protection of citizens and land, Free State formation, and covenant-based continuity across generations.
In the presence of the Creator, and in recognition of the sacred dignity, freedom, and responsibility of the human being, we establish this Charter as the constitutional, moral, legal, and covenantal foundation of the Covenantcracy.
We declare that man was not created to live under tyranny, plunder, deception, economic slavery, or spiritual oppression, but to walk in truth, freedom, stewardship, justice, and peace.
We acknowledge that life, liberty, property, conscience, family, labor, fruitfulness, community, and lawful exchange do not arise from the arbitrary will of states, institutions, or rulers, but are rooted in the order of creation and belong to the inalienable calling and dignity of mankind.
Therefore, we establish this order not as an instrument of domination, but as a covenantal order of governance grounded in protection, limited authority, lawful economy, justice, and responsibility.
The Covenantcracy is structured through a complete constitutional order, covering rights, citizenship, governance, justice, protection, treasury, digital value architecture, Free States, jurisdiction, oath and continuity.
Establishes the protection of life, liberty, lawful property, conscience, truthful order, freedom from tyranny, and the principle of limited government.
Defines lawful entry into the covenant order, voluntary participation, oath, rights, duties, membership integrity, and the conditions for inclusion.
Defines servant authority, the role of the Governor, trusteeship, governing council, limits on power, accountability and constitutional restraint.
Establishes covenant-based justice, lawful judgment, truth-finding, constitutional review, due process, restoration and the protection of the vulnerable.
Establishes protective structures for citizens, communities, farmers, land stewards, strategic sites, Global Wealth Centres and covenant-aligned territories.

Value must be connected to real backing, production, lawful control, recognized assets, stewardship and covenant-protected continuity.
Farmers, families, productive communities, land stewards and strategic territories may be protected through covenantal legal, treasury and stewardship structures.
The Charter recognizes the possible formation of Free States and protected covenant-based development zones as lawful environments for stewardship, productivity, agriculture, mining, family continuity, jurisdictional order and protected future-building.
These are not lawless enclaves. They are protected covenantal structures designed for lawful development, productive freedom, community stability, protected land use and long-term national or regional cooperation.
Within this doctrine, ambassadors, legal structures, protective corps, stewardship frameworks and treasury coordination may serve to safeguard communities, strategic locations, agricultural zones, mineral territories and Global Wealth Centres.
I hereby declare, voluntarily, consciously, and without coercion, that I enter into this Covenant Order in truth, honor, and responsibility.
I acknowledge the Creator as the highest source of life, truth, justice, and order, and I recognize that liberty, property, conscience, responsibility, and human dignity do not arise from arbitrary power, but belong to the sacred calling of mankind.
I declare that I will respect, protect, and not intentionally undermine the fundamental principles of the Covenantcracy.
I bind myself to speak the truth, commit no fraud or deception, respect the life, liberty, and property of others, preserve the peace and integrity of the community, and act lawfully and faithfully within the Covenant.
